Newly Upgraded Park Reservation

[Announcement] Universal Beijing Resort's reservation function is about to be upgraded!

We will upgrade the Park Reservation process for easier access to bring you a faster admission experience. New rules for park reservations and admission will be implemented from June 12^th:

1) Update reservation rules: General Admission Tickets holder and Annual Pass holder need to make a reservation before your visit.

2) Annual Passholder exclusive entrance is available

The park reservation online entrance will be upgraded

Dated Tickets do not require reservations, but General Admission Tickets holder and Annual Pass holder need to make a reservation online before your visit. You can enjoy a faster admission experience by presenting your reservation voucher.

Guest can easily access Park Reservations and choose reservation type on the homepage of the Universal Beijing Resort Official App, Alibaba Mini Program and WeChat Mini Program:

 

How to make Park Reservations:

Step 1: Open and log in to the Universal Beijing Resort Official App/Mini-programs, click the "Reservations" button on the home page and choose reservation type - Pass

Step 2: Filter linked order by order number; or input ID number and date to filter specific order on that date

Step 3: Select and confirm orders (For order purchased on third-party platforms, please link order to Universal Beijing Resort Official App/Mini Programs first)

Step 4: Confirm Visit Time and the reservation completed

Annual Pass holder exclusive entrance is about to open

Attention, passholder! Intending to offer better and speedy park entry experience, both dedicated online reservation portal and exclusive entrance lane are about to open for Annual Passholders from June 12^th. Enjoy your extraordinary journey with a convenient admission experience!

Warm Reminders:

1.Annual Passholder need to present a real-time reservation code when using the exclusive entrance. To avoid affecting admission, please do not use screenshots.

2.Reservation record can be found by clicking "History" button located at the right corner on top of Park Reservation page.

3.For safety reasons, please check Universal Beijing Resort's Health and Safety Guidelines for the latest park admission requirement.

4.The park reservation entry path will be closed if the daily guest limit is met. Please make your reservation as soon as possible to avoid any disruptions.
