Universal Beijing Resort Will Resume Operation Starting from June 15 with Restricted Capacity
Enhanced safety protocols in place, 72-hour negative NAT test result required for all the guests
Adhering strictly to Beijing city’s pandemic prevention and control policy and requirements, Universal Beijing Resort will resume operations on June 15th in a phased approach. Among them, The Universal Studios Grand Hotel, NUO Hotel will open to the guests on June 14 and Universal CityWalk Beijing will open on the same day. Universal Studios Beijing opens on June 15. UBR will strictly control guest flow and strengthen pandemic prevention and control measures thus maintaining the principles of caution and safety.
Universal Studios Beijing, Universal CityWalk Beijing, The Universal Studios Grand Hotel, NUO Hotel will open in strict accordance with 75% capacity limit for pandemic prevention and control. The indoor attractions and entertainment experiences of Universal Studios Beijing will also have limited capacity. We will pay close attention to pandemic control situation, evaluate and adjust operational arrangements in a timely manner according to government policies. Some venues maybe temporarily unavailable in the early phase when we resume operation. Please check for further updates on operational hours and specific operational arrangement details through Universal Beijing Resort Official App, Alibaba Mini Program, WeChat Mini Program, in advance of your visit.
Starting from June 11th, Universal Studios Beijing tickets and hotel products will relaunch pre-sale with limited daily amounts. Guests can make purchases and reservations through the Universal Beijing Resort Official App, Alibaba Mini Program, WeChat Mini Program, Fliggy Flagship Store and officially authorized partner channels. For guests holding a valid Universal Beijing Resort Winter and Spring Leisure Pass and other non-dated ticket products as of May 1, 2022 (inclusive), the validity period will be extended automatically. The updated expiry date is available to view on the Universal Beijing Resort Official App, Alibaba Mini Program, WeChat Mini Program, the Universal Beijing Resort Fliggy Flagship Store or other original purchase channels after the resort resume operation.
All guests are required to provide a 72-hour negative NAT test result, to present their Health Kit and personal ID, to comply with a quick temperature check, as well as to provide a valid park reservation QR code before entering park. UBR reminds our guests to follow Team Member guidance and the pandemic prevention guidelines which include wearing a mask, maintaining social distancing, and taking personal protection measures during the visit for their own and others’ safety. The health and safety of our guests and Team Members is always our top priority. We have carried out required NAT and daily health screening of our team members. We have also implemented multiple health and safety measures including regular environmental sample testing, thorough disinfection and sterilization on a daily basis, and provided convenient disinfection and sterilization facilities for our guests.
The reopening of Universal Beijing Resort would not be possible without the tremendous efforts of medical staff, community workers, volunteers, and all our Team Members.
